FP is known for curating trips with sunny skies, catamarans and big pools, but everyone’s favorite day, is boat day! We’ve decided to kick off FP 2026 with a beautiful day on Lake Michigan – Pour Decisions- Boat Day. Link us for fun in the sun at the 10th annual Blvckscene Weekend in Chicago, Illinois. Lodging and meals are the responsibility of each participant. We have secured a special rate at a recommended hotel (The Godfrey); however, you are not required to stay there.
Blvckscene on Lake Michigan has blossomed into an unparalleled cultural movement. Blvckscene is not just an event; it is the original and most prestigious Black boating weekend, setting the gold standard for community, exclusivity, and luxury. Every summer, the shimmering Chicago skyline becomes the backdrop to an awe-inspiring spectacle of unity, sophistication, and joy. Over 300 yachts converge, creating a majestic floating festival.
We’ll have two boats tied up for a full 6 hours! We’ll also be tied up to other boats allowing for the full boat hopping experience. Food (catered by Marvin’s Meals) and alcohol will be provided. We’re simplifying the process for you. Pull up and have a good time, worry free!
What: Fool’s Paradise at Blvckscene
When: Sunday July 12th 12PM-6PM (Must arrive at dock by 1130AM!)
Who: 25 Fools who will be fun, friendly, and fried. 🙂

- Six hours on two 40+ foot boats.

- Water, Chasers, Alcohol (tequila and vodka) provided.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE – $550 total
$50 Deposit & RSVP required to reserve your spot.
- $100 – April 15th
- $200 – May 15th
- $200 – June 15th
Total Payment is due no later than June 15th!
NOTE: All deposits and payments are non-refundable/non-transferable unless the trip is canceled by the trip operators.
By requesting an invite and subsequently attending this trip you waive and release our company (Fool’s Paradise Travel) its affiliates, owners, agents, employees and officers from any error or omission, bodily injury arising out of the leasing, chartering, renting, arranging, recommending, use or operation of any means of transportation or accommodations as part of any services provided as a result of accepting an invitation to this trip. You also are acknowledging and agreeing to the payments being non-refundable and non-transferable.
6 weeks prior to the trip you will receive more information on the other people attending, items to bring, additional costs for optional activities and any other relevant information. Any additional communication will be sent via E-mail/in the Fool’s Paradise whatsapp chat.
